Rachel Smith-Phiri
Biography
Rachel Smith-Phiri is Programme Manager of EDI at Oxford Policy Management. She manages the overall programme delivery, including contracting and monitoring of all research, work plan implementation, budgeting and the relationship with the UK Department for International Development. At OPM, Rachel is a member of the Office of the Chief Economist.
